Biohack Pro Longevity Drink is a powdered food supplement formulated with fisetin, spermidine, creatine, collagen, antioxidants, adaptogens, vitamins, and minerals. It comes in 30 single-dose sachets of 12.9 g (387 g total). It is not a medicine or a medical device.

Mix 1 sachet (12.9 g) with 250–300 ml of cold water and shake well before drinking. You can also add it to plant-based milk or a smoothie. The recommended dose is 1 sachet per day; do not exceed this amount.

Yes. It contains fish and gluten. May contain traces of egg, crustaceans, peanuts, and lupin.

Not indicated for pregnant or breastfeeding women, or for children under 18 years of age. If you are taking medication, consult your doctor before consuming it. Excessive consumption may cause laxative effects.

You receive an order of 30 doses every 28 days at €159 per cycle, VAT included and free shipping to peninsular Spain. No minimum commitment: you can cancel whenever you want.

The first order includes a free Welcome Pack with a bottle and other welcome items. It is only included in the initial order, unless otherwise expressly indicated by a different promotion.

From your account in the store you can cancel or pause at any time. If you need help, write to us at hello@biohackpro.com indicating your purchase email. Cancellation only affects future cycles; orders already processed or shipped will proceed as normal.

Yes, you can modify them from your customer account, always before the next order is processed. For any other modifications, write to us at hello@biohackpro.com.

We process payments through Shopify Payments. We accept credit and debit cards, and accelerated payment methods such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay when available at checkout. We do not accept PayPal, Bizum, or bank transfers.

The store sells exclusively to end-users. If you require an invoice, please write to us at hello@biohackpro.com with your order number and full billing information, and we will process it for you.

Currently, we only ship to mainland Spain. We do not ship to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, or any other country.

The estimated delivery time is 24 to 48 business hours from the moment the order leaves our warehouse in Barcelona. You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as it is shipped.

Shipping is free to mainland Spain.

Please email us at hello@biohackpro.com as soon as possible, preferably within 3 calendar days of receipt, attaching photos of the outer packaging, the product, and the shipping label. We will take care of managing the incident.

Yes. You have 14 calendar days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, without needing to provide explanations. The product must be unopened, with the seal intact, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Please email us first at hello@biohackpro.com for instructions.

No. For reasons of hygiene and food safety, we do not accept returns of products that have been opened, unsealed, or used.

Once the returned product has been received and verified, we process the refund within an estimated period of 5 business days, using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
