Biohack Pro Longevity Drink is a powdered food supplement formulated with fisetin, spermidine, creatine, collagens, antioxidants, adaptogens, vitamins and minerals. It comes in 30 single-dose sachets of 12.9 g (387 g in total). It is not a medicine or a medical device.

Mix 1 sachet (12.9 g) with 250–300 ml of cold water and shake well before drinking. You can also add it to plant milk or a smoothie. The recommended dose is 1 sachet a day; do not exceed this amount.

Yes. It contains fish and gluten. May contain traces of egg, crustaceans, peanuts and lupin.

Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women or anyone under 18. If you take medication, check with your doctor before taking it. Excessive consumption may have a laxative effect.

You receive an order of 30 doses every 28 days, VAT included and with free shipping to mainland Spain and mainland Portugal. The price per cycle is the one published on the product page when you sign up. No minimum commitment: you can cancel whenever you like.

Your first order comes with a free Welcome Pack with a bottle and other welcome items. It is only included in the first order, unless a different promotion is expressly stated.

You can cancel or pause at any time from your account in the shop. If you need help, write to hello@biohackpro.com with the email you used to buy. Cancelling only affects future cycles; orders already processed or shipped go ahead.

Yes, you can change them from your customer account, as long as it's before the next order is processed. For any other change, write to hello@biohackpro.com.

We process payments through Shopify Payments. We accept credit and debit cards, and express payment methods such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay when they're available at checkout. We don't accept PayPal, Bizum or bank transfer.

The shop only sells to end consumers. If you need an invoice, write to hello@biohackpro.com with your order number and full tax details and we'll arrange it.

We ship to mainland Spain and mainland Portugal and to the Balearic Islands. We don't ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, the Azores, Madeira or any other country.

The estimated delivery time is 24 to 48 working hours from when the order leaves our warehouse in Barcelona. You'll get an email with the tracking number as soon as it ships.

Shipping to mainland Spain and mainland Portugal is free. Shipping to the Balearic Islands costs €15.

Write to hello@biohackpro.com as soon as possible, ideally within 3 calendar days of receiving it, with photos of the outer packaging, the product and the shipping label. We'll take care of the claim.

Yes. You have 14 calendar days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, with no need to give a reason. The product must be unopened, with the seal intact and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are paid by you. Write to hello@biohackpro.com first to get instructions.

No. For hygiene and food safety reasons we don't accept returns of opened, unsealed or used products.

Once the returned product has been received and checked, we process the refund within an estimated 5 working days, using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
