1. Ownership and scope
These Terms of Service regulate the access, browsing, and purchase of products through biohackpro.shop, an online store operated by BIOHACKPRO LTD, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 17193196 and registered office at 24 Fitzroy Square, London, W1T 6EP, United Kingdom.
The use of the store and the placement of any order imply the acceptance of these Terms of Service, the Return and Refund Policy, the Shipping Policy, and the Cancellation Policy for purchase options applicable to subscriptions.
2. Product sold
The product sold in the store is Biohack Pro Longevity Drink, a powdered food supplement in 30 single-dose sachets, with a total net weight of 387 g and a recommended daily dose of 12.9 g.
BIOHACKPRO NUTRITION SL, NRT L-722303-K, NIF-IVA L0722303K, with registered office at Av. Doctor Mitjavila, 29, Local 2, AD500 Andorra la Vella, Andorra, acts as the formulating, producing, and supplying entity of the product.

3. Nature of the product
Biohack Pro Longevity Drink is a food supplement. It is not a medicine, it is not a medical device, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Food supplements should not be used as substitutes for a balanced and varied diet or a healthy lifestyle. The expressly recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. The product should be kept out of the reach of small children.
The product should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women, or by children. People using medication should only consume the product under medical supervision. Excessive consumption may produce laxative effects.
4. Purchase process
- The customer selects the product or subscription available in the store.
- The customer reviews the order content, total price, taxes included, and applicable conditions.
- The customer enters their contact, billing, and delivery details.
- The customer selects the payment method available at checkout.
- The customer confirms the order by accepting the applicable policies.
- Once payment is confirmed, the store sends an order confirmation to the email provided by the customer.
- The order is understood as accepted when the customer receives the order confirmation by email.
5. Price, taxes, and invoicing
The price of the initial subscription is €159 every 28 days, including VAT, unless otherwise expressly stated on the product page or at checkout.
Prices are shown in euros (EUR). At launch, the store only sells to final consumers with a delivery address in mainland Spain.
The customer will receive an order confirmation issued from the online store. The store only sells to final consumers and does not automatically issue invoices.
If the customer requires an invoice, they can request one by writing to hello@biohackpro.com, indicating the order number and their full tax details.
6. Payment methods
Payments are processed through Shopify Payments. Available methods will be shown at checkout and may include credit or debit cards and, when available, accelerated payment methods such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
PayPal, bank transfer, Bizum, Klarna, or deferred financing are not accepted, unless expressly stated at checkout.
BIOHACKPRO LTD does not store the customer's full card details. Payment processing is carried out by secure payment providers integrated into Shopify.
7. Subscriptions
The product is mainly sold through subscriptions renewable every 28 days. Each cycle includes 30 doses of Biohack Pro Longevity Drink.
The subscription has no minimum commitment period and can be cancelled for future renewals in accordance with the Cancellation Policy for purchase options.
The first order may include a free Welcome Pack with a bottle and other welcome items, depending on the current offer at the time of purchase.
8. Availability
The product offer is subject to stock availability. If for any reason it is not possible to fulfill a confirmed order, the customer will be informed and may choose to wait for replenishment, accept an alternative solution, or receive a corresponding refund.
9. Shipping
Shipping is only available to mainland Spain. Delivery conditions, deadlines, carriers, and excluded areas are regulated in the Shipping Policy.
10. Minimum age
To purchase on biohackpro.shop, the customer must be over 18 years old. By placing an order, the customer declares that they are of legal age and that they provide truthful, updated, and complete information.
11. Correct use of the website
The customer agrees to use the store lawfully, respecting these Terms of Service, applicable legislation, and the rights of third parties.
12. Liability
BIOHACKPRO LTD will not be liable for damages arising from improper use of the product, failure to follow instructions for use, exceeding the recommended daily dose, or omitting warnings indicated on the labeling.
Nothing in these Terms limits the inalienable rights corresponding to the consumer according to applicable regulations.
13. Customer service
For any query, incident, complaint, or request related to an order, the customer can write to hello@biohackpro.com.
Service hours: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 18:00, except holidays.
14. Applicable Law
These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the regulations applicable to the consumer relationship, without prejudice to the imperative rights corresponding to the consumer in Spain and the European Union.
