Returns and Refund Policy
BIOHACK PRO® · Longevity Drink
1. Online Seller Identification
This policy applies to purchases made on biohackpro.shop, an online store operated by BIOHACKPRO LTD, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 17193196 and registered office at 24 Fitzroy Square, London, W1T 6EP, United Kingdom.
For any inquiries related to returns, refunds, defective products or order issues, customers can write to hello@biohackpro.com.
2. Right of Withdrawal
The consumer customer has the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product, without needing to state a reason, except in legally exempted cases.
To exercise this right, the customer must communicate their decision by writing to hello@biohackpro.com, indicating:
- Order number.
- Full name.
- Product purchased.
3. Exceptions for hygiene and food safety
Biohack Pro Longevity Drink is a powdered food supplement. For reasons of health protection, hygiene, and food safety, returns of products that have been opened, unsealed, tampered with, used, or that are not in suitable condition for return will not be accepted.
The product must be returned:
- Unopened.
- With the seal intact.
- In its original packaging.
- With all included elements.
4. Welcome Pack
When the first order includes a free Welcome Pack, it must be returned along with the main product if the customer exercises their right of withdrawal for the initial order.
The bottle included in the Welcome Pack can only be returned if it is unused and in a suitable condition for return. If it has been used, damaged, or tampered with, it will not be refundable or compensable.
5. Return Costs
In case of voluntary withdrawal, the customer will bear the direct cost of returning the product.
In case of a defective, incorrect, damaged product or an incident attributable to the seller or shipping, BIOHACKPRO LTD will bear the reasonable costs of return or replacement.
6. Return Address
Authorized returns must be sent to the following address:

Before sending any return, the customer must contact hello@biohackpro.com to receive processing instructions.
7. Damaged, defective or incorrect product
If the received product arrives damaged, has a defect, or does not match the order placed, the customer must report it to hello@biohackpro.com as soon as possible and, preferably, within 3 calendar days of receipt, attaching photos of the package, the product, and the shipping label.
This early communication allows us to manage the incident with the carrier and does not limit the legal rights that may correspond to the consumer.
8. Refunds
Once the returned product is received and verified, the refund will be processed within an estimated period of 5 business days using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless another method is expressly agreed upon.
In any case, BIOHACKPRO LTD will comply with the maximum legally applicable deadlines for the consumer.
9. Subscriptions
Cancellation of future subscription renewals is regulated in the Purchase Options Cancellation Policy.
The cancellation of a subscription does not affect orders already processed, shipped, or charged, without prejudice to the consumer's legal right of withdrawal.
