Shipping Policy

BIOHACK PRO® · Longevity Drink

1. Geographic Scope

At launch, biohackpro.shop ships only to peninsular Spain.

No shipments are made to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Portugal, France, Germany, Italy, the rest of the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Andorra, or other territories outside peninsular Spain.

2. Warehouse and Logistics Operators

Orders are prepared from a warehouse located in Barcelona.

Logistics management is handled through Naeko Logistics and transportation by Nacex or other equivalent operators if necessary for operational reasons.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

The estimated delivery time in peninsular Spain is 24 to 48 business hours from the preparation and dispatch of the order.

These times are indicative and may be affected by causes beyond BIOHACKPRO LTD's control, such as carrier incidents, public holidays, high-demand campaigns, errors in delivery data, or force majeure events.

4. Shipping Cost

Shipments to peninsular Spain are free as long as indicated in the store and at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once the order is handed over to the carrier, the customer will receive tracking information available via email or through Shopify's systems and/or the logistics operator.

6. Delivery Address

The customer is responsible for providing a complete, correct, and accessible delivery address.

BIOHACKPRO LTD will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incomplete or incorrect data provided by the customer.

7. Failed Delivery

If the carrier cannot deliver the order due to the recipient's absence, an incorrect address, or inability to make contact, the procedures established by the logistics operator will be followed.

If the order is returned to the warehouse due to reasons attributable to the customer, applicable redelivery costs may be charged.

8. Shipping Incidents

If the package arrives visibly damaged, the customer must report it to hello@biohackpro.com as soon as possible and, preferably, within 3 calendar days of receipt, attaching photographs of the outer packaging, the product, and the shipping label.

This early communication allows the incident to be managed with the carrier and does not limit the legal rights that may correspond to the consumer.

9. Subscriptions

For products acquired through subscription, a new shipment will be prepared every 28-day renewal cycle, once the corresponding payment has been confirmed.
