Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

1. Biohack Pro Longevity Drink Subscription

Biohack Pro Longevity Drink is primarily marketed through a subscription that renews every 28 days.

Each subscription cycle includes 30 doses of Biohack Pro Longevity Drink. The subscription price is €159 every 28 days, VAT included and free shipping to peninsular Spain, unless otherwise expressly stated in the store or at checkout.

The first order may include a free Welcome Pack with a bottle and other welcome items. The Welcome Pack is only included in the first order, unless a promotion expressly states otherwise.

2. No Minimum Commitment

The subscription has no minimum commitment period. The customer can cancel it at any time to avoid future renewals.

3. How to Cancel the Subscription

The customer can cancel their subscription from their customer account on Shopify, using the available options for subscription management.

If the customer cannot access their account or needs assistance, they can request cancellation by writing to hello@biohackpro.com, indicating the email used for the purchase and the order or subscription number.

4. Effects of Cancellation

Cancellation only affects future renewals.

If a renewal order has already been charged, processed, or shipped before the cancellation request, that order will proceed normally, without prejudice to the consumer's legal right of withdrawal.

To avoid being charged for a new renewal, the customer must cancel the subscription before the next order is processed.

5. Subscription Pause

The customer may pause the subscription when this option is available in their customer account or by requesting it via email to hello@biohackpro.com.

Pausing will prevent new renewals as long as it remains active, unless the customer reactivates the subscription later.

6. Data Modification

The customer can modify their shipping address and payment method from their customer account, provided the change is made before the next order is processed.

The standard frequency of the subscription is 28 days and cannot be modified directly from the customer area. Any exceptional changes must be requested at hello@biohackpro.com and will be subject to technical availability.

7. Payment Failures

If a renewal payment fails, Shopify and/or Shopify Payments may send automatic notifications to the customer to update the payment method.

Likewise, the system may make automatic retry attempts to collect payment according to the technical configuration in force at any given time.

If payment cannot be completed after the applicable retries, the subscription may be paused, the corresponding cycle skipped, or canceled.

8. Renewal Notifications

The store may send communications related to the subscription, including order confirmations, renewal notices, payment issues, relevant changes, pauses, or cancellations.

9. Price or Condition Changes

Any relevant change in the price or essential conditions of the subscription will be communicated to the customer before its application, when required by applicable regulations.

The customer may cancel the subscription if they do not wish to continue under the new conditions.

10. Returns and Withdrawal

Cancellation of the subscription does not supersede the right of withdrawal or the Returns and Refund Policy.

Orders already received by the customer will be governed by said policy and by applicable legal rights.
